Training Process

 Training Process:

Step 1:

Unpack US & determine Evidence Requirements.

Explain the concepts of the subject (Theory).

Learner are coached how to do the tasks (Practical).

Step 5:

Exposure to the workplace Logbooks completed.

What I as an Second year learned so far

What I as an Second year learned so far:

This year all the Second years did the assessors and Facilitation and Coaching course.
I was assessed on the assessors course and is competent. I still have to be assessed on the Facilitation and Coaching course. I learned a lot of my self in this courses. Me as an student did grow so far as an person I went from a Team Worker to a Leader.I learned how to give work with different type of people and people with special needs. I can speak in front of lots of people now. I also learned how to set my learners and myself at ease by doing an ice breaker. 

What I as an Second year learned so far by being an junior Manager:

I am a very soft person so it was very hard for me in the beginning to give my first years tasks to do. So in the beginning I did help them but one day my manager came to me and told me Bianca why are you dong this is int it there job you only have to tel them what to do and check on them after words. So as the days go bay it did get better sometimes I still jump in and help them.

When working in the week and weekends we get divide into sections so you are responsible for that area. Your staff must come to you and you as an Junior Manager mus solve that problem, or help them with what ever thy are struggling with.

Oh and every day we have to count stock, in the morning and when we go home before 5. It is the Second years responsibility to count the Stock. I the beginning I did struggle with all the names of the Liquor.

I think our Food and Beverage Team is a good Team and I look foreword working with them and I think we are going to learn more further this year.
