Food and Beverage Week 1:
Training in the restaurant:
They trained us how to work on the till and how to put orders on and how it works in the bar, its a big responsibility to work in the bar, I have learned that you always must be om your guard in the bar.
Thy taught us how to set up a conference and how to place the table cloth and how long it must be and all the measurements of the cloth and the glasses and the files, and on that day we prepared two conferences.
The next day we had to put everything away and had to organize everything the way it was.
We also prepared for vleis vreters at the Bouma : We needed - plates ,side plates ,cutlery , serviettes, all the type of sauces and a coffee station with cups and sources, tee,coffee, hot water, hot milk, cold milk, white and brown sugar and muffins.
